SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PLANS

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription by going to My Dashboard –> My Profile –> Subscription

And selecting the plan you want. Though, be aware, there are some limits and terms to be aware of.

Basic Plan Subscribers

All Basic Plan Subscribers may upgrade to a Small Firm or Large Firm plan at anytime. We will not prorate any monthly software subscription fees. You accept surrender of any outstanding credit as the cost of upgrading your account. When you upgrade to a Small Firm or Large firm plan, you will not experience any disruption of your service and all of your current TrialLines will be available in your updated account. Once payment is made for your upgrade, all additional features of your new plan will be immediately available.

Small Firm Plan Subscribers

All Small Firm Plan Subscribers may upgrade to a Large Firm plan at anytime. If the upgrade is requested during an existing annual agreement, the existing annual agreement will be cancelled and a new 12-month agreement for the Large Firm plan will begin. If you have any remaining full months on your previous plan, a credit will be generated and applied to your new Large Firm agreement. This credit will be generated in the following way: We will take the total annual cost or your software license from your previous subscription and divide that number by 12 (representing the 12 months of the year). We will then take that number and multiply it by the number of full months you had remaining in your previous agreement. We will not provide credits for remaining partial months and you accept surrender of those monies as an additional cost associated with upgrading your account.

Small Firm Plan subscribers may not downgrade to a Basic Plan Subscription until their current annual contract has concluded. When downgrading to a Basic Plan, all user assignments and permissions will be consolidated into one account, that being the account held by the Owner. Each TrialLine within that consolidated account will then begin billing at the current single case per month charge.

Large Firm Plan Subscribers

Large Firm Plan Subscribers may not downgrade to a Small Firm Plan Subscription or a Basic Plan Subscription until their current annual contract has concluded.

When downgrading to a Small Firm Plan, all user assignments and permissions will be consolidated into one account, that being the account held by the Owner. Each TrialLine within that consolidated account will then begin billing at the current single case per month charge designated for the Small Firm Plan. After this consolidation, the Owner can share the existing TrialLines with new Managers and Users, however, historical Manager and User accounts will not be ported over when downgrading occurs.

When downgrading to a Basic Plan, all user assignments and permissions will be consolidated into one account, that being the account held by the Owner. Each TrialLine within that consolidated account will then begin billing at the current single case per month charge.
